Setting up MyPost Business Integration

Connect to MyPost Business

To setup MyPost Business Integration you need MyPost Business login. If you don't already have a MyPost Business account, please visit MyPost Business website to sign up an account. (


  1. Go to Integration > Carriers.

  1. Under Available Carriers > MyPost Business, click on Connect button.

  1. Select Connect using MyPost Business Login (Recommended), and click Connect. It will take you to MyPost Business login page.

  1. Login to your MyPost Business account.

  1. If prompt, follow the instruction to complete your payment method

  2. Your token, account number, and product codes should have been loaded.

  3. Select the account number and payment method and click Save to complete the setup.

Enable/disable MyPost Business Services


  1. Click on "Services" tab

Services tab only show after you complete and save MyPost Business settings

  1. Click on the toggle to enable/disable the MyPost Business Services. Recommended to disable the services you are not using.
